This lovely couple initially reached out to me to photograph their moderate-sized wedding, and then followed up with a change of plans and a new micro-sized plan in the mountains near Nederland, Colorado. They made a weekend of it, renting out Blue Sky Mountain Ranch with their immediate family and beautiful rescue pup. The bride looked like a forest fairy princess, with hair and makeup done by her talented sisters (this is a family of great hair genes!). The DIY flowers were from Costco and looked absolutely incredible, and making the bouquets and centerpieces turned out to be a bonding experience for them all. The bride’s godfather married them on “Bud Rock”, a dramatic grouping of rocks with an amazing view that can’t be beat. They were hoping for snow-capped peaks and they got them! It was such a special day to be a part of, and we are so thankful.
